Smart Fee Plus with Pay As You Sail

Smart Fee Plus with P.A.Y.S. is a Yearly Service Agreement between the vessel/shipping co & Vanos S.A. starting from service activation on board. This service includes the One Ocean Platform in order for the Vessel to receive the AVCS (PAYS), ADP, AENP Permits and Updates as well as the Fleet Manager application for the office to monitor the fleet.
Before the Service Quotation with simulate the fleet’s consumption based on anticipated trades for upcoming the year & past tracking analytics and provide a Smart Fee estimate sum. Then at the end of the logistical year:

• If the vessel consumes less than their Smart Fee estimate, the customer will receive a credit for the difference.
• If the vessel consumes more than their Smart Fee estimate, the customer will receive a debit for the difference.
