Flexible Smart Fee

SMART FEE is a Yearly Service Agreement between the vessel/shipping co & Vanos S.A. starting from service activation on board and/or service invoice date, whichever comes first.

It includes the Marine Press software “SeaPassage” and “SeaOps”, AVCS with PAYS (Pay As You Sail) & ADP/AENP.

• We estimate the vessel specific yearly consumption based on anticipated trades for upcoming the year & past tracking analytics and provide a SMART Fee estimate sum for which you will receive a consumption report of the holdings that the vessel has consumed. This invoice cost is then reconciled at the end of the year based on actual consumption.

• If the vessel consumes less than their SMART Fee estimate, you will receive a credit for the difference.

• If the vessel consumes more than their SMART Fee estimate, you will receive a debit for the difference.
